    Nice place, nice staff.

    Morning construction noise but if you don't want to have construction sites you probably can't go to Dubai. Even for 5 star hotel there were high prices for food and drink, but good quality.

    Nice Beachclub - compared to Hilton, Sheraton, Royal Meridien extensive. Hotel is "old style" in a positive sense - the atmosphere benefits from this.

    Free WLAN with very limited range, breakfast price (160 DHR), construction work on the Walk - i.e. around the hotel.

    We did not like that I booked a room with lateral sea view and had paid for it but from the room 235 no sea could be seen! and I had to pay extra especially for the sea view.

    Breakfast was very rich and good. Location of the hotel (beach/close to marina) was perfect. Staff was friendly.

    Unfortunately, nothing worked with the Internet/WIFI. An absolute No Go! for a hotel in this price range! You are forced to register as a member or you have to pay. Still, it rarely worked out. The hygiene in the garden restaurant is inadequate (mould under the table glass top, teapots no longer cleaned (mechanically) for a long time, etc.). table sets are unsuitable and unhygienic. pool was partially unmaintained (covers were totally rusted etc.). very bad price/performance ratio

    It's not perfect, but It's nice

    The spacious room featured modern amenities, and the beach access provided tranquility and beauty despite occasional noise. Dining options were excellent, with amazing experiences at Blue Jade restaurant. A special getaway overall.
